1) Georgia Recount Plagued by Anomalies, According to Sworn Affidavits

Affidavits describe material problems with recount, “impeccable” ballots with “perfect black bubbles” for Biden, suspicions of fraud
theepochtimes.com/georgia-recoun…
2) A Poll manager w/20 years exp: “There was a difference in the texture of the paper—it was if they were intended for absentee use but had not been used for that purposes."

Ballots markings for candidates were “unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device.”
3) According to her estimate, approximately 98% of these ballots were votes for Biden, with only two ballots having votes for President Trump.

In her sworn statement, the poll manager stated her belief that “additional absentee ballots had been added in a fraudulent manner.”
4) She also noticed a disparity in workloads being assigned.

Surrounding tables received large boxes of ballots. When the poll manager was finally provided ballots, their box contained only 60 ballots.

Other auditing tables received boxes “with over 3,000 ballots each.”
5) She observed that individuals at these tables were not counting ballots in a team fashion—a process used to ensure accuracy of each ballot count.

Instead each auditor was “counting individually.”
6) She also provided an example of Ballot machine handling on Election Day.
7) Machines are supposed to be received “on the Friday before the election, with a chain of custody letter to be signed on Sunday, indicating that we had received the machines and counts on the machines when received, and that the machines had been sealed.”
8) During this election, the poll manager stated that the “machines were not delivered until 2:00 a.m. in the morning on Election Day.”

She noted that this delivery process was “unacceptable and voting machines should not be out of custody immediately prior to an Election Day.”
9) As she stated, “It is possible that these ballot marking devices could have been used for other purposes during that period.”

The affidavit did not detail what these purposes might have been.
10) Worse still was the machine's lack of secured status.

The machines “were not sealed or locked, the serial numbers were not what were reflected on the related documentation, and the green bar coded tags that are supposed to cover the door covering the memory card was broken.”
11) The poll manager stated that although her supervisor instructed her to use the machines, she knew this was outside of standard procedures and refused to place the machines into service.
12) The observations of the poll manager are borne out by sworn statements from others involved in the Georgia recount.
13) Another observer: “hundreds of these ballots seemed impeccable, with no folds or creases. The bubble selections were perfectly made (all within the circle), only observed sections in black ink, and all happened to be selections for Biden.”
14) This observer also stated that “signatures were not being verified” and there “were no corresponding envelopes seen in site.”

She concluded, “I believe there was fraud committed in the presidential election and question the validity of the Georgia recount process.”
15) Another observer noticed ballots with two distinct characteristics: “they all had a perfect black bubble and all were Biden select.”

The observer stated that as workers went through the ballots, Biden’s name was called “over 500 times in a row.”
16) The observer concluded: “In the counties that I have observed, there is widespread fraud favoring candidate Biden only. There were thousands of ballots that just had the perfect bubble marked for Biden and no markings in the rest of the ballot.”
17) Another observer: “ballots appeared to be perfectly filled out as if they were pre-printed with the presidential candidate selected.”

This observer was disturbed enough to write down “which batch headers and box number ranges were suspicious” and created a spreadsheet.
18) An observer for military & overseas ballots noted that these were “very clean” and were “marked in black ink” and that “many batches went 100% for Biden.”

Additionally, “the watermark on at least three ballots were solid gray instead of transparent”
19) The military ballots did “not have one specific precinct code on them” but instead had “multiple precincts printed” on them.

Her opinion: “the military ballots are highly suspicious of fraud.”

1) The Small World of Voting Machine Certification

An understaffed tiny federal agency and 2 private testing labs responsible for certification of nation's voting systems
theepochtimes.com/the-small-worl…
2) A deeper look into the certification process used for the machines reveals that the main certification agency in the US, the EAC, maintains an unexpectedly small staff, and one of its chief employees is a former executive of Dominion Voting Systems.
3) Furthermore it appears the bulk—if not all—of the testing of the election equipment is conducted by only two companies, Pro V&V and SLI Compliance.

Pro V&V was used by Georgia's SoS Raffensperger to do an "audit" of a random sample of machines.

1) Dominion is a Member of Council That Disputed Election Integrity Concerns in DHS Statement

Dominion Voting Systems used statement, which obscured company’s council membership, to dispute concerns over voting systems

2) On Nov 12 CISA issued a statement disputing voting irregularities saying “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.”

The statement noted “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”
3) What the agency failed to disclose, however, is that Dominion Voting Systems, along with Smartmatic, is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council - one of the two entities that authored the statement put out by CISA.

1) In a letter sent to Georgia SoS Raffensperger, Rep. Doug Collins & Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer lay out the problems inherent to Georgia's pending audit & recount based on the actual directives issued by Raffensperger.
2) The audit does not include a review of signatures on absentee ballot applications and ballot envelopes to confirm the validity of the statutory signature verification process by the counties.

[I don't know how/if this can be rectified at this point]
3) Collins & Shafer express concerns about transparency and meaningful access to the auditing process by designated monitors.

"Your office announced today that the state parties can designate only one reviewer for every 10 audit teams."

1) Pre-Election Concerns Over Dominion Voting Systems Highlighted in Georgia Lawsuit

2) In an Oct. 11 order, just weeks prior to the presidential election, U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg agreed with the concerns associated with the new Dominion voting system, writing that the case presented “serious system security vulnerability and operational issues..."
3) These risks are neither hypothetical nor remote under the current circumstances,” Judge Totenberg wrote in her order.

Despite the court’s misgivings, Totenberg ruled against replacing the Dominion system right before the presidential election.

Gen Flynn on Newsmax:

"The technical side of this election, the electronic voting, there's probably some problems there and they're going to find those out...What happened was when the votes didn't get to the numbers that they needed, now they come in with the mail-in-ballots."
Gen Flynn (cont): "I believe they are going to find mail-in-ballot problems like we already have seen, that were after the fact to get to the numbers to achieve a victory...I pray that I'm wrong, but that's my gut following a lot of information and a lot of insight."
Dems pushed mail-in-ballots until late Sept. They suddenly switched to pushing in-person voting.
