At May 20 '19 Election Committee meeting w/MC Board of Supervisors, all RFP proposals had been recv'd, rev'd, & a short list decision completed

▪RFP began March 28 '19

▪Proposals due April 30 '19

⚠Why was there no mention of DOMINION or other vendors in May 20 BOS meeting?

My observations & research pt by pt in your letter:

1. We have no evidence of an accurate or reliable election since @maricopacounty has yet to publish any formal technical or security analysis docs re Dominion

2. Equipment Certification Advisory Committee allowed for a DOMINION-DRIVEN sales demo as their functionality test

1st demo included an unknown small number of ballots; 2nd test was only with 16 ballots

There's no tech reports published

➡️Top voter concern

Tech code can change & there's no analysis or reporting published by Maricopa County on this

AZ vote count requirements are not statistically significant and purely a ceremonial statute requirement

Neither @SecretaryHobbs nor @maricopacounty published technical reviews of the Dominion Voting Systems software

Vendor driven sales demos conducted Oct 29 '19 & Jan 28' 20 were considered sufficient for cert by Hobbs' Equipment Cert Advisory Committee

.@maricopacounty Board of Supervisors vote for $6.1M allocation of funds to Dominion Jun 26 '19 had no consideration of a technical review and no discussion

From May 20 '19 MC Election Workgroup request, RFP was completed & negotiated very quickly in about a month
