... it all boils down to what we value, ditto AI and the embedding of collective values in training / simulation systems. Part of the problem is that integrity is not a universal value in the West.
i.e. it's more a choice thing, we even celebrate "rogues" in our history / myths and give them their own "codes of honour" to excuse behaviour. We even have counter examples ... "goody two shoes" being a term of derision ...
.. or celebrate with terms like "bit of a geezer" or "wheeler dealer" or "likely lad" etc.
