I am very much in love with the Creator. I do not need to align myself with a specific messenger if I already understand His message. My way should not be labelled ‘New Age’, since common sense is not new. So long as you act and speak with

love and truth in you, and are good to your fellow man, in that you treat everybody as you would want yourself to be treated, your heart will stand by Him regardless of the path you choose to follow.
Epiphany
You are surrounded by a vast multitude of emotions that cloud your mind

Your previous thoughts which you had negated as superficial or childish come back to the front of your mind, and you understand them, with even more clarity. The crushing burden is still present, but you are armed with new thoughts, new emotions, and a greater understanding of

the world, the new dawn has arrived.
You’ve just had an epiphany, something inside of you had clicked and your mind kicks into high gear, your thoughts racing out of control, your eyes full of wonder at everything that catches your gaze, and the possibilities that await…

Have you ever felt this way? It is an exhilarating spark that, alas, rapidly vanish. Imagine feeling like this all the time. "Soulshine it's better than sunshine, better than moonshine, damn sure better than rain". So you got to let your soul shine. It is at this stage that

the seeker has left the shackles of the crowd and is doing things in a much more authentic way. The limits are off. He’s ready to play with possibility. He is reflecting on the values, beliefs and behaviors that feel right to him, regardless of what others think. He is being true

to himself. He is also going deeper into himself than ever before, looking at his fears, his attitudes and all the ways of conducting his life that those around him have taught him to believe are the ways to succeed in the world. It’s a time of much change, but it's also a time

of great excitement.
Seeing with a new set of eyes is to see also with a changed set of underlying beliefs. To truly trust that what you are seeing can be different than how you perceived it before, the change must be truly genuine. Not only is this difficult but it can seem

downright impossible. You feel guilty of changing the way you think and so regress back to old, familiar ways of thinking and perception, to more deleterious effects. Muscle memory. They say the brain is hard-wired and now you realise it's true. The way that it’s wired can be

changed, but only by you. What we spend our time thinking about or how we think of certain things develops real connections in our brain. If you spend the majority of your time thinking negative things then the emotions associated with those ideas are more likely to arise

in any given situation, even those which bring you temporary joy. When I started exercising I quite soon realised one had to dedicate oneself and be consistent. One has to attain self-discipline and stick with it no matter what. No excuses.Too hot, too cold, rain, snow. Out I was

You must resist the mellifluous call of the old pathways ready to flare up again in your brain, do not repeat Orpheus' mistake, do not look back. You are escaping from Hades, your negative attitude. Keep going and be ready to see with new eyes.
