1/ Ok, I am going to summarize a Periscope available on @Gingrich_of_PA TL.
I’m doing this because I think the details he provides as a person involved for much of his life in PA politics is useful in understanding the unfolding process.
2/ First the bill put forward by @SenMastriano won’t get a vote tomorrow because it won’t meet the sunshine requirements in Pennsylvania. That bill is more of a public statement of the process that could lead to the PA legislatures certifying a Trump slate of electors.
3/ That bill not receiving a vote is not a huge deal because it’s not required in order for the process to play out.
The process required for the PA legislature to vote a Trump slate is complicated and made more so by the fact that tomorrow is the last day of the session.
4/ Without going further into the details of those complexities, it’s important to note that it is unlikely the PA legislature would go to those steps unless their electors would affect the outcome. So a required prerequisite would be the states of WI and GA flipping.
5/ Even if WI and GA were flipped, the PA legislature would likely prefer a court controversy that called into question the result in PA as we approach the safe harbor date of December 8. That being the case, the President’s team is likely just stalling right now.
6/ So assuming all these other elements happening, flip WI, flip GA, and get SCOTUS to take a case on review that threatens PA electors, then the stage will be set for them to undertake extraordinary measures.
7/ Gingrich makes clear there are many other details involved in a successful outcome but those are the broad outlines.
He gives the likelihood this all happening at about 10% and indicates, given how timing matters, it’s likely team Trump is withholding their best cards.
8/ Anyway, given his awareness of Pennsylvania, I thought bringing his insights to you was of value.
If I missed anything, I welcome @Gingrich_of_PA to add info here.

Republicans, via state legislatures and House delegations, have within their own power given to them by their voters the ability to re-elect Donald J Trump.
Democrats and the media have spent four years lying and undermining him. 1/6
Democrats and the media pushed a virus narrative that exaggerated its impact and threat to the American public in order to justify changing our voting systems in ways known to allow for fraud and manipulation.

We all witnessed how this played out on Tuesday. We know the spoiled the ballot. The vote tally’s are not reliable.
But Republicans can make this right because as voters we have given them the power to make it right. The constitution gives them the power to make it right.

Then Trump got infected and took the cure himself and by doing that he proved this drug was not dangerous because if it was Trump would have never taken it.
So three days ago before Trump started saying “cure”, I tweeted this.
NBC News: “In phone calls to McMaster — the first of which took place last fall — Trump told his second national security adviser that he missed him, according to two people familiar with the conversations.” 1/X
“It’s a sentiment the president has also expressed to White House aides, they said. Trump has solicited McMaster's advice on various national security challenges, even asking McMaster whom he should nominate to lead the Pentagon, they said.” 2/x
Me:”...given everything everyone is certain of about McMaster and his involvement in undermining Trump why would Trump be calling him and expressing his frustration with Bolton? Seemingly Trump has been baiting this Ukraine affair for a lot longer than I previously assumed.” 3/x
