Today, @realDonaldTrump attorney in GA Ray Smith sent a 6 page letter, the 5th such letter to @GaSecofState calling for an audit of signatures on absentee ballot applications, envelopes, & signature on file.
The rejection rate in 2016 was 2.90%, in 2018 3.46%, and 2020 .34%.
Had historical rejection rates held, there would have been 38,250-45,626 ballots rejected in 2020 rather than 4,471.
That’s 3-4x the margin of victory.
The @GaSecofState declared the rejection rate was the same as years past yet conflated ballots MAILED with ballots CAST when calculating the rejection rate.
How can they SOS confuse these two? We only count the ballots returned and cast not the ballots mailed.
Also, @GaSecofState listed different numbers in a press release than certified. They said 1,151,371 cast in primary & 1,322,529 in general. Yet, the report 1,164,044 cast in primary & 1,317,000 in general.
The @GaSecofState claims there were only 464 ballots rejected for signatures in 2018 but that is misleading.
There were 230 different types of rejections including “INSUFFICIENT OATH INFORMATION,” “RE,” and “NO SIGNATURE DID CALL HER.” This is not apples to apples comparisons.
The letter concludes with 5 calls to action for @GaSecofState 1. Audit signatures with public monitors and meaningful access to observe. 2. Audit a sample with detailed description to gather sample 3. Post signatures online for public review
4. Publish all data used for incorrect statements in press releases 5. Have each county document the processes used to verify signatures and how they fully complied with state law.
FACT 2: President Zelensky and other Ukrainian officials have repeatedly said that there was no quid pro quo and no pressure on them to review anything.
These people who are saying #BoycottHomeDepot should do some research. 1. The co-founders (Bernie, Arthur, & Ken) have generally split between political parties. Arthur gives more to Dems. 2. Bernie Marcus is retired and no longer the CEO.
(See thread below.)
3. Both Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank have been amazing to the city of Atlanta. 4. They created hundreds of thousands of jobs for people around the entire country....
5. Hundreds, if not thousands, of employees & stockholders became millionaires. 3,000 became MULTImillionaires. Those people were able to pursue the American Dream... foxbusiness.com/features/home-…

Having visited the border & talked to local law enforcement, Customs & Border Patrol, and local citizens along the border beginning in 2014, the human trafficking issue was one that horrified me the most. 1/25
In 2014, had we included too many the issues of modern-day slavery in our Border States of America documentary, people would not have accepted it as real.
It is difficult to believe and accept such problems are happening in America - the land of the free. #BuildTheWall 2/25
Among members of the White House Cabinet, no agency head has done more to follow the president’s lead in draining the swamp than Scott Pruitt. Make no mistake, that’s why the left & its allies are working overtime to smear him. thehill.com/opinion/white-…#DrainTheSwamp#TeaParty
After 8 years under Obama, Americans were fed up with being ordered around by liberal elites in a distant capital city, and by bureaucrats who put in place job-killing regulations. #DrainTheSwamp#TeaParty
.@POTUS has reversed that. He has led the way on draining the swamp, with a WH directive to agencies to cut 2 regs for every new reg proposed, with tax reforms, and by removing the US from the unfair and ineffective Paris climate accord. #DrainTheSwamp
