Preparations are under way for Dane County’s recount at the Monona Terrace.

Today they are starting to count the number of ballots and absentee envelopes. They won’t start tallying votes until tomorrow. They’ll use high-speed tabulating machines to do that.
Republicans have been complaining about machines made by Dominion Voting Systems, but those machines are not used in the counties that Trump selected for recounts in Wisconsin.
Dane and Milwaukee counties use machines by Elections Systems & Software.
In fact, Trump himself tonight criticized Dominion on Twitter... but he didn't ask for a recount in the Wisconsin counties that use those machines.

Johnson, who recently came out of quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19, said he generally doesn't wear a mask when he is outdoors. He said the stiff wind would help prevent infections during Trump's rally.
"I don't think this is particularly dangerous at all," Johnson said.
