@MichaelWestBiz ..... accompanied with 4 letters from 4 separate Drs all stating a 12-year-old special needs girl life at immediate risk of fatality due to Qld Children’s Hospital refusing her surgery & medical treatment for over 600 days
(this is after disclosure given was given to Premier..

@MichaelWestBiz .... alleging serious misconduct, maladministration, corrupt conduct and anti-competitive behaviour on behalf of Queensland health specifically the CHO - premier sent disclosure to CHO, person named in disclosure, reprisals commence - incl premier standing in parliament...

@MichaelWestBiz ... publicly stating mother of child refused medical care, had refused treatment, making public minor child medical condition without permission, which in itself is reprising as per act) several other appraisals suffered including withholding supply of home oxygen -

@MichaelWestBiz - which required Malcolm Turnbull and Greg Hunt to intervene to urgently have supplied to the child....
Supplied CCC with numerous documents supporting complaint including voice recordings from family GP stating CHQ had directly called her advising her not to treat the child...

Four letters from for Dr specifically staying the childs life at risk specifically met section 12’s requirements.

Since then Child has had care flight to Melbourne hospital in order to have treatment as qld hospital still refuses.

@MichaelWestBiz .... this flight and appointment in Melbourne organised by Professor Brendan Murphy who after reading independent report from health and advised was so concerned he personally reported doctors to AHPRA. Health ombudsman said of report and I quote “ this is the most critical ...

........ The poor child still is waiting for surgery in excruciating pain and pain causing epileptic seizures to become more severe requiring CPR regularly..
