This has just become arguably one of the most important U.S. Supreme Court cases in history.
The Case submitted by Texas asks that the 4 states either not be allowed to field Electors on the basis of their faulty tallies or allow their legislators to appoint electors on the basis of a forensically audited recount, otherwise to remand the election to the House of Reps
We hold that SCOTUS will rule that all apportionment of electors by those States according to a popular vote based on unconstitutional changes in the voting procedures is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and will remand the apportionment to the legislatures if they want Electoral votes.
The effect of this ruling may apply to more states that WI, MI, GA and PA. We predict that the US House will not accept the electoral votes reapportioned by legislatures, resulting in another appeal to SCOTUS.
