2/ “The wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is using her Facebook page to amplify unsubstantiated claims of corruption by Joe Biden.”
The words “unsubstantiated claims” is a link to a separate article titled “AP Explains: Trump pushes questions about Joe Biden’s son”
3/ The opening paragraph of that article: “Looking to undermine Democratic rival Joe Biden, President Donald Trump’s campaign is pushing a familiar line of attack: unverified allegations about Biden’s son and his foreign business ties.”
4/ In the original article, the @AP chastises Ginni Thomas for asking her followers to share “a link focused on alleged corruption by the Democratic nominee for president and his son, Hunter, as well as claims that social media companies are censoring reports about the Bidens.”
5/ They highlight how Ginni is unique as compared to the other wives who “also have their own professional identities, but Thomas is the only one whose work involves partisan politics that sometimes butts up against her husband’s job.”
6/ The article finishes noting that Clarence “administered the oath at the swearing in of new Justice Amy Coney Barrett on Monday evening. Barrett’s confirmation following a rushed process to install her on the court before the election gives conservatives a 6-3 court majority.”
7/ My speculation? The Thomases do not like the Bidens based on the spectacle that Joe made of Clarence’s confirmation. Clarence appreciates how Trump confirmation of ACB empowers his role on the court and isn’t going to give that up easily. Is Ginni a back channel to team Trump?
8/ Seemingly team Trump has a sense that this case brought this way at this time by these parties under these circumstances will be heard by this court.
And there’s a perfect symmetry in Clarence Thomas sitting in judgement of Joe Biden.
2/ First question is why can electors be certified on December 30th but not January 1st?
I will get back to the significance of January 1st later but for now just know that team Trump only sees January 6 as the date of significance and quotes the late RBG in their statement.
3/ The other interesting point illustrated in that thread by KB is that it was Nixon as VP that decided the December 30th slate was the true slate. Indicating that the power to decide which are the valid electors is in Pence’s hands. Then from there the Congress can object.
1/ Ok, I am going to summarize a Periscope available on @Gingrich_of_PA TL.
I’m doing this because I think the details he provides as a person involved for much of his life in PA politics is useful in understanding the unfolding process.
2/ First the bill put forward by @SenMastriano won’t get a vote tomorrow because it won’t meet the sunshine requirements in Pennsylvania. That bill is more of a public statement of the process that could lead to the PA legislatures certifying a Trump slate of electors.
3/ That bill not receiving a vote is not a huge deal because it’s not required in order for the process to play out.
The process required for the PA legislature to vote a Trump slate is complicated and made more so by the fact that tomorrow is the last day of the session.
Republicans, via state legislatures and House delegations, have within their own power given to them by their voters the ability to re-elect Donald J Trump.
Democrats and the media have spent four years lying and undermining him. 1/6
Democrats and the media pushed a virus narrative that exaggerated its impact and threat to the American public in order to justify changing our voting systems in ways known to allow for fraud and manipulation.

We all witnessed how this played out on Tuesday. We know the spoiled the ballot. The vote tally’s are not reliable.
But Republicans can make this right because as voters we have given them the power to make it right. The constitution gives them the power to make it right.
