This is something I am always worried about. Some points to be discussed upon is essential. Please do share your thoughts also on this. These are my opinions, you can always differ🙏

Girls remain either unmarried or delay motherhood. This results in pelvic muscles getting hardened and not expand naturally during delivery, ultimately leading to doctors forced to do C sections.
Many girls are overweight before marriage it compounds the problems further /

Due to wrong eating habits and lifestyle girls are increasingly suffering from PCOD PCOS since adolescence only. So reproductive health is disturbed even before marriage only. This makes basic conception very difficult further making normal deliveries more difficult /

So physical complications when coupled with greed of gyanecs in some places, is giving this appalling data of increase in C sections over 80% in urban areas. Girls don't understand long term effects of C sections on woman's body apart from making doctor rich. /

The anaesthesia can give you permanent back pain also in life. Think again before opting for that C section.
Many men love their babu shona princess so much that they can't see her in labour pain also. Further discouraging her to tolerate the labour pains.. So even if there are/

Some chance to have normal delivery they are diminished and doctor is literally forced to do a C section. Please don't do this.
Pregnancy is NOT a disease. It is a life changing experience. With slight care and staying in active you can give birth to child without forceps also/

While in western countries they are going back to ancient techniques of giving birth which include delivery while standing up and under water deliveries, their import of C section delivery is spreading like wild fire in India. Some studies even suggest some extent of/

Fear psychosis among kids born via C section as they don't do any struggle to take birth as they have to during normal delivery. So it is your own child and you are responsible for his/her well being and connect with mother forever. Try for a normal delivery as far as possible/

Yes girls and boys are equal. But for god sake boys yet can't conceive a child only girls can. So it is your duty to take care of your body adequately if you really wish to become a mother. If you don't want to, it is not a crime either. But if you want a child care for it/

We are also seeing increasing instances of thyroid dysfunction among youth nowadays due to iodised salt and over intake of salt and of course wrong lifestyle, disturbed sleep pattern. Correct it before it is too late. Listen to your mothers before doctor tells you same things/

Life is NOT staying up late in night. Don't play with your body just like that and pay lakhs to first infertility specialist and then to gynaec. Do you earn money to pay to these people and then to baby sitters, paediatricians? Think about it. /

Wish we take this call before ruining our lives just like that.

Yes forgot to add alcohol abuse.. I am so sorry I belong to old school who thinks alcohol can be and is worst enemy as far as reproductive health of a girl is concerned. Don't force this ridiculous equality /

And ruin your body just like that. Human body is a magical machine which adjusts with your whims and bad habits as far as possible. But after a limit it also gives up. Don't force that limit to your body. It is like a temple where your soul resides. Have your priorities right🙏
