Lots of people still don't know what actually happened with my fine, so I will give a rundown of the events.

1. Right before the judge gave me my sentence, my lawyer read a statement from me saying I would refuse any punishment the courts gave me.
If it was community service, I wouldn't do it, if it was a fine, I wouldn't pay it, as I am not a criminal and I should not be punished for offending people and that I find it laughable that such a thing is illegal.
Judge says if I do that then I will be "back in front of him again" and he fined me £800.

2. I get a letter telling me how to pay my fine, I ignore it.

3. Get maybe 4 more letters like this, I ignore them.

4. Get the final latter saying if I don' pay I will be arrested.
5. I make a video saying "lol nope come arrest me". Nothing happens for ages.

6. I'm getting sick of nothing happening and I don't want to be arrested at a random inconvenient point (like Friday night, where I would be in jail until Monday).

So, I call the cops on myself.
The cops then say "yeah we know, but we are not coming to get you until your name comes up in the system".

I then argued with the police about coming to arrest me, told them exactly where I was etc. Cops still refused to arrest me. So I just waited.
7. Ages pass again, no kock at the door, no cops, then after a while Sue walks into my room and says she got a text from the bank saying all our direct debits got rejected and none of our bills got paid.

Checked the bank account, the cops had siezed the money
8. Cops legally are supposed to tell you when they are going to do something like that, I inform my legal team, they get pissed, and report this into the police.

After a while the cops go "oh, our bad, sorry about that, your complaint has been noted."
Theory : Cops knew if they arrested me again, everything would blow up again, they already looked a laughing stock after that absolute comedy act of an arrest and trial, so they didn't want a repeat of that by arresting me again. Knew it was "bad optics".
So to avoid this they opted for siezure instead, but they suspected that if they notified me, like they are supposed to, I would have emptied my accounts (I totally would have) and they would still be left with no option but to arrest me.

So they decided not to tell me.
This means they avoid arresting me and creating another scandal, plus my fine is considered paid and the case is closed. No further action required.

All it cost them was them telling my legal team "oh dear we made a 'mistake', our bad, won't happen again, sorry brah".

Chomsky is correct (that's going to get screenshotted).

Cancelling people, shutting them down and cancel culture overall actually has the opposite effect of what a lot of wokies think it does.

I've worked with a lot of people who were cancelled, so let me explain.
When someone who has somewhat of a platform (small twitter, youtube account, actually makes some kind of content) get cancelled, then people will flock to their socmed and subsribe to show their support.

So, they ended up gaining more of an audience from their cancelling.
BUT, this new audience came from within the right wing sphere, the ones most against cancel culture (in current year). People who have somewhat of a platform and get cancelled will find that the overwhelming majority of people who flock to them will be right wing.

I did that.

1. Sheriff court of appeals rejected us based on emotion, then threatened to arrest my lawyer for literally doing his job.

2. High court of appeals rejected it as since I was not judged in a high court they couldnt take it.
3. Supreme court rejected my application saying it was "incompetent and without merit" and gave absolutely no further information or arguments to clarify what parts were incompetent or without merit.

Legal team have never seen anything like it before in their whole careers.
4. Went to the European Court of Human Rights, and I havent went public with this yet as I want more information. But that one was also rejected based on a technicality.

Basically we had to file within X time of our last appeal from a British institution.

The hashtag #StopTheLeftPurge is trending because many prominent left wing accounts are being banned by Twitter.

A lot of people who have called for censorship in the past, are now tweeting this hashtag.

Man, if only someone had been warning all of you about this for years.
But guys, Twitter is a private company and can do what it wants.

Right?
Gloating over being proved right again aside.

Stop banning accounts based on political persuasion. These accounts should not be censored and they should be reinstated.
