What follows is a thread of everything we have learned so far, and everything we still need to find out.
This information is up to date as of this very minute, so expect that it could potentially change. 2/
First up, everything we don’t know.
Chenango and Oneida have yet to file the results from this week. These are two of the three counties (+Madison) that have had the most errors so far, so I expect some pretty significant changes. 3/
There is a private call happening as I type between the lawyers for all parties involved and the justice.
The next court sitting is scheduled for Monday at 1, but that could change if Chenango and Oneida aren’t fully done yet. 4/
The first new information we have isn’t that new: the number of ballots improperly marked that were fixed to note objections.
We had 4 in Oswego, 132 in Madison, 116 in Broome, 9 in Herkimer and 0 in Cortland/Tioga for a total of 261. 5/
6 total ballots were recanvassed to fix these marking errors, all in Oswego County.
Four of these were challenged, the newest challenges to add to our list. 6/
The first major update (other than the vote counts) is the number of ballots not previously canvassed correctly or recanvassed entirely: 108 in Oswego, 451 in Cortland, 213 in Madison, 688 in Broome, 0 in Tioga/Herkimer for a total of 1460.
Further breakdown below ⬇️
Of those 1460, 14 were challenged in Oswego, 36 in Cortland, 67 in Madison and 265 in Broome.
This means there are now 382 new ballots for Justice DelConte to rule over, plus whatever happens in Chenango/Oneida 8/
The final part is the new vote counts. Tenney picked up 1 vote in Oswego and Broome, and Brindisi picked up 3 in Broome.
This is why the gap between the two is now 11 votes 9/
Forgot to add the other four from Oswego. This number is actually 386.
Besides all of the categories laid out above, there were a couple other interesting things I found in the filings.
First up, there are apparently three people with the same name all living in the same election district in Oswego.
Grandfather, father, son??? 10/10
We also have our first allegation of fraud, courtesy of the Tenney campaign in Broome County.
Haven't gotten an answer from the campaign yet as to why it suspects this ballot is fraudulent 11/11
Our last miscellaneous ballot comes courtesy of Herkimer County, where disagreements over the timeliness of a cure ballot led to another vote being added to Justice DelConte's to-do list.
Including the "fraud" ballot in Broome and 4 in Oswego, that list has 388 new ballots 12/
Also worth noting: the Brindisi legal team added two new lawyers, both of whom are DC-based associates of Perkins Coie.
One of them, Alexi Velez, was part of the team responsible for overturning the NC-9 election due to fraud 13/
Everything in this thread could change as soon as Chenango and Oneida counties file their results, or if something big happens in this private call currently ongoing.
For now, this is the most up-to-date information in #NY22 14/14.

YIKES: Why #NY22 will still be undecided long after the GA Senate runoffs, and other things you probably don't want to hear 1/
For this thread, I am going to use the best case scenario for each of the steps along this timeline. It's still more than likely it will be multiple months before this is all sorted out 2/
First step is the partial canvassing/recanvassing process created by the justice's ruling earlier this week.
We don't have a definitive schedule yet for this process, but both campaigns have proposed similar ones. Here is an example from the Brindisi camp below 3/
#NY22 update: 7 of 8 counties filed today, along with both candidates and the justice.
Main takeaway is Oneida County might be in more trouble than we thought, and Justice DelConte is still not playing around.
A full breakdown below 1/
All eight counties have now testified they did an additional search of their spaces and didn't find any more ballots.
Many of them have now proposed specific dates for their specific partial canvasses this week and next.
Looks like the Chenango 67 will remain the Chenango 67 2/
The most interesting news of the day came out of Oneida County.
Each of the county's elections commissioners, Republican Rose Marie Grimaldi and Democrat Carolann Cardone, has acquired their own, specific representation.
Have to think they suspect potential legal troubles. 3/
The first thing you should know is that Justice DelConte didn't directly rule in favor of one candidate or the other, while he did partially grant Brindisi's motion.
This process we will now have to follow is entirely of his creation.
Justice DelConte was extremely critical of the BOEs, particularly their failure to follow state law and allow candidates to review administrative rejections.
There are 1500 ballots in Oneida, 100 in Cortland, and "hundreds" in Broome that were not properly canvassed the 1st time
THREAD: I have combed through the extensive #NY22 ruling and will break it down here.
Biggest takeaway?? Roughly 1700 ballots not counted the first time will now be included in the count.
Justice DelConte rips all parties involved, says 7 of 8 BOEs made crucial errors 1/
The justice did not seem happy yesterday in court, but I didn't quite see this coming.
"The careless or inadvertent failure to follow the mandate of statute and case law" 2/
Before this gets picked up nationally and by conspiracy theorists, note this section from Justice DelConte clearly stating there is no allegations of fraud at this time 3/
