Question isn’t whether to incorporate concerns for #healthequity but HOW.
First come first served worsens inequity. Bright line age cutoffs also can worsen inequity due to preexisting disparities in life expectancy.
How to IMPROVE equity? Use of #SVI (Social Vulnerability Index) could help.
Challenging sub prioritization questions remain for states and others. Which means there may be inconsistencies —> less fair.

AND vaccine only successful if states and public health have resources to distribute, communicate effectively!
AND #ACIP rocks! Anyone who complains about governmental incompetence and inefficiency should listen to #ACIP meetings about #COVID19Vaccine and you will eat your words.
