Software is irrelevant. I used MS Paint to put straight lines to illustrate Vedhan. You can generate SBC from any app or put the Grahas yourself at their position of transit. Jhora is a free software to do so. I also have some paid ones like Kundli Chakra.

In SBC, Grahas put Nakshatras, Rashis, Aksahrs and Swars under Vedhan, not houses. Here lies the small difference.

2. None from U.Ashadha. Aries + Taurus from Punarvasu.
3. Grahas put both Pada (qrtrs) and Rashi (Signs) under Vedhan.
