If 28-Nakshatra system that included Abhijit were in operation today, we would have been seeing transit of Jupiter and Saturn into Abhijit in next 4 days. Though Abhijit isn't counted among Nakshatras, but from here, both would put Rahu ruled Shatbhisha Nakshatra under Vedhan.
Abhijit was demoted as Nakshatra well before Mahabharat era.

Rakesh ji, Abhijit Nakshatra is used to find out aspect on certain Nakshatras from Western direction in Sarvatobhadra Chakra. Since Abhijit competed with Rohini, it is placed exactly opposite to Rohini in SBC. It is also counted in a few other tools.

Your Guruji was correct in stating that Abhijit has been mentioned in MBH, but in the conversation of Indradev you mentioned, they discuss an event of past. So by that time, fall of Abhijit had already taken place. So, Abhijit was demoted sometime in past.
Janma Nakshatra of Bhagwan Shri Krishna is Rohini, which is 10th Nakshatra from Abhijit. However, Bhagwan was born in midnight, around which Abhijit Muhurt was in progression. Similarly Bhagwan Ram was also born around midday with Abhijit Muhurt running.
Mahabharat began when Moon was transiting Mrigshira Nakshatra (as per 3067 BCE claim), which is again, over 10 Nakshatras away from Abhijit in cyclic order. Since MBH couldn't have begun in Abhijit Nakshatra, I don't think there was a reason to demote.

When you are in good times, keep giving Daan, help needy people and animals. Don't see object being donated, day and time. Don't wait for an astrologer to recommend Daan. People who donate, follow Dharma, do good as far as possible, face better results in adverse dashas/transits.
More importantly, don't fall for the idea that by feeding people on any day near temple (who anyway get food from many people), you can placate any Graha. You give people food, it's good, but not a high quality Daan because it has purpose behind it. Learn to donate selflessly.
Astrologers recommend to feed spinach to cow on Wednesdays. People do it religiously, and it's a good act. But will you you wait for Wednesday and won't feed it on any other day? Don't think of Grahas and if you like feeding cow, don't see day. Feed according to your capacity.

Check the extent of affliction of Western and Northern sides. Do not get surprised by detection of new COVID mutant. I have been repeating it even before cases began to increase in Europe.

Software is irrelevant. I used MS Paint to put straight lines to illustrate Vedhan. You can generate SBC from any app or put the Grahas yourself at their position of transit. Jhora is a free software to do so. I also have some paid ones like Kundli Chakra.
In SBC, Grahas put Nakshatras, Rashis, Aksahrs and Swars under Vedhan, not houses. Here lies the small difference.

Also in this image, Vedhan on East and South aren't that malefic at present. So I haven't covered them (and said it in Note of main tweet).

10th Nakshatra from your birth Nakshatra is Karma Nakshatra. Observe the impact of transit of Grahas in that Nakshatra, specially on your professional life. A Graha giving you good results will create success at work if it transits through Karma Nakshatra.
There is an addition to the tweet, but this is obvious even if not mentioned explicitly.

If Grahas put Karma Nakshatra under aspect (Vedhan), same results should be understood.

I will share an interesting thing. To cross-check events while rectifying birth time, I ask for date of marriage from natives who are married. Very rarely I get the date of Phera/Saptpadi if it happened after midnight. Mostly people give preceding date - incorrect thing to do.
In North India, people generally ask muhurt (for Pheras) starting from just before midnight until 3-4 AM on the successive day.

Marriage is always a helpful event but if that cannot be used, there several other events which can be crosschecked to verify a birth time. These events could have well occurred before the birth of native. Example, paternal grandparent's or parents demise.

On 13 Dec from 21:30 for approx. 4 hrs, Moon + Venus will transit together in Auradha, birth Nakshatra of @narendramodi ji. They will put birth letter "Na", his Rashi under aspect. At the same time, India's caar and tithi will be under aspect. Very small duration but interesting.
For those planning to ask what can happen, let me put it straight. It can result in some interesting event or announcement for India. But the period is very small, so possible that an announcement, not so minor, could be finalized in this period and announced later on.

I explained concept of Latta (Laat/kick) period of Grahas. When certain Graha transits in a certain Nakshatra, a Graha may be bound to give kickbacks if it is in Dasha (Sookshma and Prana Dasha also count). 2+ Lattas at same time bring very tough time.
