2/ The vaccines appear to prevent you from getting COVID-19 (the disease caused by the virus), but we don't know whether they prevent you from being infected and/or transmitting it to others. You can be "infected" with a virus without showing symptoms.
3/ For instance, you could test positive for human papillomavirus (HPV)—the virus that causes genital warts—and not have warts. Likewise, you may still spread HPV even if you don't have physical warts. And a person you transmit HPV to could develop warts when you never did.
4/ Testing positive for SARS-CoV-2 (the coronavirus) is analogous to testing positive for HPV. Having COVID-19 (the disease sometimes caused by SARS-CoV-2) is analogous to having physical warts (symptoms sometimes caused by HPV).
5/ The vaccine is effective at preventing the disease that can put people in the hospital and sometimes kill them. That's very good. But it may not prevent you from being "infected" with SARS-CoV-2 and passing it to others.
6/ In short:
Testing positive for SARS-CoV-2 ≠ having COVID-19, just like testing positive for HPV ≠ having warts.
I hope that helps clarify what she's saying.

1/ Many activists claim their view that sex is a spectrum helps prevent intersex surgeries from taking place since male and female aren't seen as fixed categories and thus in a sense we are all intersex to some degree.
It tries to solve a problem by queering everyone.
2/ Despite being a factually inaccurate way to view biological sex, I fail to see how portraying intersex as not being fully male or female, but rather somewhere in between because *we all are*, would actually prevent intersex surgeries on infants from taking place.
3/ Rather than telling parents that their intersex infants are not fully male or female, which seems to me would only *increase* the likelihood that parents would pursue "corrective" surgery, the truth seems far more likely to prevent unnecessary surgery on infants.
1/ 🚨ALERT: Lee Montessori public charter school in Washington DC is rolling out ABAR (Anti-Bias/Anti-Racist) Education to pre-schoolers, ages 3-5, to "support their life-long journey in becoming anti-bias, anti-racist social justice leaders" and "affirm children's identities."
2/ The ABAR Education will "permeate all subject areas and school practices" and wants 3-5-year-olds to "understand the implications of [their] own race... in the promotion of, or struggle against racism."
3/ The ABAR Education will give children (again 3-5-year-olds) a "shared language" to understand the new concepts, which consist of concepts from Intersectionality, gender ideology, and Critical Race Theory.
1/ If you are male or female and have gender dysphoria you are allowed to take hormones to make your body either more masculine or feminine to align with your "gender identity."
Question: Why is this only offered to people who want to appear as the *opposite* sex?

2/ Suppose you are a skinny, very effeminate looking male. You identify as a man, but you aren't as masculine looking as you'd like to be. This is a source of much mental anguish for you. You feel as though you'd greatly benefit, psychologically, if you looked more "manly."
3/ Is this not also a form of gender dysphoria? On what basis do we not give this man prescription testosterone so that they can look even *more* masculine? Wouldn't denying this person testosterone to masculinize their body, while providing it to female patients to help...
1/ 🚨BREAKING: Lawsuit filed today against educational agencies, teachers, principal, & CEO responsible for hosting workshops requiring children to make public professions about their racial, sexual, gender & religious identities, some of which were singled out for interrogation.
2/ Educators directed the plaintiff "to reveal his identities in a controlled, yet non-private setting, to scrutiny and official labeling," and are "coercing him to accept and affirm politicized and discriminatory principles and statements that he cannot in conscience affirm."
3/ The educators "repeatedly threatened William Clark with material harm including a failing grade and non-graduation if he failed to comply with their requirements."
My good friend @drrollergator has been insisting I watch the so-bad-it's-good movie Assassin 33AD. I have little idea of what to expect, though from the photo there appears to be crosses and an alien ship? A planet? 🤔
Anyway, here I go...
So far the acting is exhibiting that mixture of extreme inexperience and cocky confidence that make for excellent bad movies. 🍿
Based on the cover I predict the "smart" character I've been introduced to is actually an alien. But it really may just be his terrible acting giving off those alien vibes. 🍿
1/ The Dalton School in Manhattan is having a race meltdown. It's absolutely insane. Teachers are holding the school for ransom with demands, but they're so extreme the school will crumble if they give in. But they'll crumble if they don't, too!
Here are some of the demands:
2/ "Dalton has... actively encouraged the sort of thinking that is now biting them in the ass. And the obvious irony is that if Dalton is 'systemically racist,' a belief they themselves promote, it is progressives who bear the responsibility." thenakeddollar.blogspot.com/2020/12/breaki…
3/ Other schools & universities should take note. Giving in to this ideology is not a winning strategy. Hiring diversity officers will not improve your situation. Diversity officers are good at one thing: finding reasons to justify hiring more diversity officers.
