'Ambulances are queuing outside of hospitals, patients are being cared for in the ambulances and there are patients out in the community that don't get an ambulance response because there's simply none left to send' says paramedic Will Broughton.
"We're attending patients in their own home and it's clear that there's multiple families present and people who have been mixing despite being in Tier 4 regions" says paramedic Will Broughton.
'We've asked NHS staff to give a lot this year and now we're asking for them to give even more... there is staff sickness and that is having a profound effect on morale and resilience is running out' says paramedic Will Broughton.
'The vaccine is not being received by frontline staff as quickly as we would like to see it... at the moment I don't know when I'll be able to get one' says paramedic Will Broughton.
