We envision a Canada where women and girls can be assured that their sex-based rights to bodily privacy, dignity, fairness and security are upheld both in law and in public policy. 1/7
Where women are free to assemble and discuss women's issues without the threat of being silenced, censored, harassed or assaulted. 2/7
Where children are told they are perfect just the way they are, and are not treated with dangerous drugs, hormones or surgery because an adult told them they were "born in the wrong body". 3/7

"I saw women's rights being eroded in Canada in front of my eyes. I found myself asking 'Where is a women's group in Canada who is standing up for women?' I'm happy caWsbar is filling this huge need."
"I joined caWsbar because I was horrified to learn that women can no longer say no to those born male in our sex-segregated spaces such as shelters, safe houses, change rooms, etc - if those individuals now identify as women."
"I started to feel isolated because the media, politicians & even schools began insisting we accept that men can become women, and attacking women who wouldn't comply. We need to join a group like caWsbar, to push for our rights with the combined strength of every member."

Our Position Statement (thread)

caWsbar asserts that:

1. Sex -- as distinct from gender -- is a material, biological reality;
2. There are only two sexes – female and male;
3. Disorders of Sexual Development (DSD, sometimes referred to as intersex) exist, but people with DSD are either female or male;
