and yes, trump has no idea - not even rudimentarily - how computers work. he has an industrial-era cartoonish conception of all this.

to him, the votes are really physically stuffed inside the computer. im not being facetious or making a joke. listen to him speak. he doesnt understand *any* of this and makes no effort to try and understand.
its not an act. its not that he likes that old school language. he *does not understand it*. at best he thinks computers are still that thing occupying the entire back room that the guy in a lab coat from ibm maintains. its always late 60s, early 70s at best in his head.
most of our leaders dont truly understand computing, but trumps knowledge is about 30 years below the very bad average
its like trump's obsession with washing machines. other than being dumb, the way he talks about it it's obviously someone who has NEVER used one of the machines. he thinks people have to keep pressing buttons because the water pressure is low. it's insane.
