Saw someone reply to this tweet that its just for the special election and then the fireworks will start. I can’t believe people are still falling for it.

I’m not giving dem leaders a pass but when Dems do this they’re giving dem voters what they want, unfortunately

Democratic voters mostly don’t want retribution. Those of us who do are outliers and a minority.

“We won the election, I want to move on, I don’t like bad feelings” is how most democratic voters look at it to be blunt

For those saying this time is different: Do you actually see anybody giving Dems a hard time over this? Yeah, nope.

It isn’t a coincidence that every time they poll it, it’s democratic voters who want “compromise.”

My advice to you is to understand that not everyone thinks like you. I would love for Dems to go all in on gop, but I don’t fool myself in believing most democratic voters see things that way. Democratic voters tend to have what I would say is a Pollyanna view on things.

It’s another instance of Twitter not being real life.

I have no idea where this mindset comes from. I'm more shocked when the mass agrees with me cause usually they don't.
