Prosecution have indicated they will be appealing today's judgment that #Assange not be extradited.
Defence wish to make an application for bail on Wednesday.
This is agreed, the hearing will be Westminister magistrates court.
Defence make an application for legal costs to be refunded under the usual provisions of the extradition act.
The prosecution asks for this to be delayed until a potential appeal.
Judge says she will conder this on Wednesday.
Court adjouns, #Assange remains in custody.
