📈Looking to take a position? (i.e buy or sell an asset to make gains)

Apply this easy 3-step process to design a trading strategy that protects your money and helps you stay disciplined.

#OwnTheFuture
Step1⃣: Make a case for your choice

Know and understand your stock of choice.

Before you take a position, do your due diligence to identify 'why' you are buying said stock and what you hope to achieve.
Step2⃣: Identify your exit points

Let's say you want to buy Gold (GLD)

You need to decide your win/loss limits

e.g If GLD goes up 30%, I sell and call it a win

If it goes down 10%, I sell and call it a loss
Step3⃣: Commit!

Do not be swayed by market activities or public discourse.

To truly protect yourself from unexpected losses; stay the course and commit to a plan.

Happy Investing 🚀

What is a stock split?

A stock split is an action taken by companies who have witnessed an increase in share price to levels that are either too high or are beyond the price levels of similar companies in their sector, to divide their existing shares into two or more shares.
Why #stock split?

The primary motive is to make the shares more affordable to small investors even though the underlying value of the company has not changed. Often companies make such moves because they would like their stock to be more accessible to a broader base of investors
