Parler usage, if they can get it back online at all, and if they can find replacement email, SMS, and other third party vendors, will plummet without AppStore/Google Play distribution channels, which are unlikely to return.
So the question is how many dollars Mercers want to set on fire in the name of having a low-rent no-engagement platform with a tiny number of users, on the same servers as Nazi sites. I don’t think they have the appetite. But we will see.
Also worth noting: the NDAA’s recent provision for exposure of anonymous shell companies is going to mean the shield that NDMASCENDANT LLC provides is going away. Then investigators can learn the company’s true investor list.
Bekah Mercer leaped out in front of the exposure, despite the company lying about its makeup until then. Who else is covering for? We have sources that suggest she put in $15M. Who else is involved? What was the founding story? Whose idea was it? How did she meet Matze? Where?
