pangolin assigned lineage B.1.1.7 to 13,608 sequences from 35 different countries. Five countries are newly represented with B.1.1.7 sequences on GISAID today: Greece (4), Mexico (1), Romania (1), Ecuador (1) and Sri_Lanka (1).
Lineage B.1.351 / 501Y.V2 was assigned to 409 sequences on GISAID from 12 different countries. Germany (3) is now among countries with B.1.351 / 501Y.V2 on GISAID. @Tuliodna @houzhou
