pangolin assigned lineage B.1.1.7 to 9,896 SARS-CoV-2 sequences from 29 different countries. Slovakia (10) now among countries with B.1.1.7 sequences on GISAID, with increased sequence counts from a number of other countries previously represented.
Additionally, 397 sequences on GISAID from 11 countries were assigned lineage B.1.351 / 501Y.V2. Ireland (3) and the Netherlands (1) now among countries previously with B.1.351/ 501Y.V2 sequences on GISAID. @stapalato
