As of this morning, lineage B.1.1.7 was assigned to 9,896 sequences from 30 different countries. Belgium (2) now among countries with B.1.1.7 sequences on GISAID, in addition to countries previously represented. @viralverity @GuyBaele
Lineage B.1.351/ 501Y.V2 was assigned to 398 sequences on GISAID from 11 countries. @Tuliodna @houzhou
We present the updated B.1.1.7 sequence counts and reports on volume of passengers leaving London airports in October. A total of 47 countries have reported cases of B.1.1.7 to date, with 30 of those now represented by sequences on GISAID. @MOUGK @EvolveDotZoo @viralverity
