I will say you why Pongal is Hindu festival & why Muslims & Christians can not even come closer

2. This is the initiation of God Aditya entering Makara Rashi in Magha Maasam.

Christians & Muslims celebrate Magham & Makaram?

3. On this day indicating God Aditya's journey, Hindus draw a Kolam/Muggu in the form of Chariot (Ratham of Aditya) whose face is towards the doors of Hindu Homes.

Muslims & Christians celebrate Kolam/Muggu?

4. On this day cattle is brought home & worshipped. They are decorated and given bathe.

Is Islam iconographic religion?
Do christians use Tilakam & Bottu (vermilion) we use to decorate the bulls & cows?

5. The "Pushan" one of the Adityas is the protector of "cattle" as per Rigveda. he is worshipped on this day.

Does Muslims believe in Rigveda or Christians read Rigveda?

6. The Pushan (Aditya) protector of Cattle was sitting near Yagya of Daksha Prajapati, when angered Shiva due to demise of Shakti destroys things there also hit Pushan, who lost all his teeth.

So Pushan Aditya cannot consume solid food.

So, we after sunrise in the center of Kolam/Muggu keep the milk bowl heat the milk add rice to it & cook smooth called " Paramannam" which will be offered to Pushan, the toothless for protecting the cattle, that helped our agri produce.

Does Christians and Muslims believe in the story of how Shiva broke Pushan's teeth. Why we offer a soft Paramannam to the protector of our cattle?

Are these even tales to them?

Like these there are many reasons why a Pongal cannot be Muslim or Christian festival.
