The H&H website seems better. Let's take a brief look at how that seems to work. I guess the Comptroller's office is calling each question a step, which... Some of this you have to do every time you go to a doc's office, so.
Now, it says no appointments available. So then it brings up a screen to look for other testing locations(?), which then brings up places to get a swab — which,,,
