Mayor Bill de Blasio is beginning his day on Morning Joe to talk about President Trump, it sounds like, per the intro.
"City of New York is severing all contracts with the Trump Organization," says de Blasio, citing a clause on 'criminal activity.'
Says Trump siccing a mob on Capitol Hill qualifies.
Re: Ferry Point, in The Bronx, Blas also cites the PGA decision to yank its business from Trump, too.
"We're going to get new vendors to take over," says Blas. (Rough transcript here): "These are sites we want to continue serving the public, but not with a criminal"
City's top lawyer, Jim Johnson, says the termination provisions can be triggered at will.
When asked to respond to statement that Eric Trump has given to ABC and NBC, Blas says he doesn't respond to 'treasonous' people.
(Post has asked the Trump Org for comment, and has yet to receive the statement.)
Again, Blas says no specific threats against New York City, even with reports of threats in DC and state capitols.
Was busy sending notes, but Blas has compared the Trump Org to organized crime -- the link being that Trump incited the riot on Capitol Hill, not that Trump is a capo -- and Dr. Jay Varma says the UK variant is "a very urgent and real concern."

This caught by eye. As Mayor de Blasio campaigned for president (remember?), his panel commissioned to rethink G&T recommended with doing away the whole shebang, further outraging a lot of the parent groups already outraged by proposals to scrap the SHSAT.
A chunk of this seems like it's required by the state; and some of this would be required for any eligibility program. That said, the DOH's contractor (Affiliated Physicians) requires you to punch a generic usr/psword just to make an account. Why? — hca-nys.org/wp-content/upl…
The H&H website seems better. Let's take a brief look at how that seems to work. I guess the Comptroller's office is calling each question a step, which... Some of this you have to do every time you go to a doc's office, so.
Now, it says no appointments available. So then it brings up a screen to look for other testing locations(?), which then brings up places to get a swab — which,,,
