Ok here’s what I want out of a place to live. And yes I know I want to have my cake and eat it too with a lot of these. Anyway maybe some of you who know something about laws and culture and are traveled, name places to live that are good for these things, aaaand GO:
beautiful old architecture, nature, all four seasons, ability to see actual stars in the sky, aesthetic places to film, home/land ownership, small business ownership, gun ownership and carrying, being able to modify one’s home with as little red tape as possible,
constitutional parenting rights, as constitutional in every way as possible (the amendments and rights actually apply and the place isn’t indoctrinated with intersectionality, critical race theory, and cancelling everyone, and has as little political correctness as possible),
home birth and midwives that don’t suck, vegan pregnancy and parenting (without getting shit for it from people in authority/community), not vaccinating (covid and otherwise),
not participating in any great reset social credit score cashless society shit (if cash only places still exist there that is good), homeschooling/unschooling, being able to whip a titty out to feed a baby in public without pearl clutching commencing,
me being a person who’s sexualized on screen not creating an uproar, organic produce/farmers markets, good soil for growing food on own property, clean air to breathe, low exposure to carcinogens and radiation, low taxes,
low exposure to crazy people (including homeless, drug addicts, and drag queens at the library), not having religion shoved down my throat in order to live there but old beautiful churches to look at are good, access to museums/botanical gardens/parks/national parks,
NO home owner’s association or gated community, low crime rate, a quick drive to walkable aesthetic neighborhoods but living in the country on own land with no neighbors directly next to me, not surrounded by samey cookie cutter built yesterday houses and big box stores,
abundance of local small businesses, good laws that protect me from being swindled into buying a fucked up property that needs a ton of repairs without being told it’s fucked up, not bordering Mexico,
won’t be shunned for existing as both a right leaner and a person who lives holistically and plans to raise children as such at the same time.
BASICALLY what I wish and believe ALL of America should be but it’s 2021 and the world is retarded ok thanx bye
OH and I almost forgot! Access to GOOD Chinese and Japanese restaurants and stores is a must
With vegan options, obviously
And when I say places to film I mean aesthetically pleasing and without a permit and non-union (which is technically anywhere) but without the local government being notorious for harassing and extorting money and involvement out of small productions if they find out they exist
