1. Did @SenateGOP @HouseGOP who advocated overthrow of our election commit a crime? I think they did and they can and should be charged under 18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government. First, my analysis of the statute focuses on whether the member advocated
2. the overthrow of the US Govt. Our nation is a democratic Republic. We have established a Constitution that provides for electing our President. The process has existed for over 215 years without being attacked by members of Congress. The move by members like @tedcruz and
3. @HawleyMO to support changing the votes of duly certified electors in six states to impose a White Supremacist dictatorship was overthrow. Nothing in our Constitution or Law provides legality to such an act. It was an attempted coup, and a reasonable juror could
4. make that specific finding. The issue is whether the conspirators' actions constituted advocating "force or violence." I note that the statute does not call for the use of "physical force or violence" just "force." So in the absence of threats of physical force the issue would
5. be whether the term "force" includes the application of force that is not physical force or violence. But asserting their coup in the well & in the context of threats against the @VP that ripened into an attempted murder of the @VP I believe that physical force was advocated.
6. Members comments on and off of the floor will be instructive. Cruz and Hawley in their attempt to advance their own political ambitions called for the use of force. They matched their rhetoric to Donald Trump's fascist rhetoric likely to curry favor with his base. But Trump
7. was advocating violent overthrow and the Congressional members who joined did not distinguish their support from the violent rhetoric advanced by Donald Trump and his supporters, rhetoric that eventually led directly to violent attack on the US Capitol.
8. The speech and debate clause protects the words used by members on the floor but it specifically carves out an exception to its immunity for "Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace." Thus, the force that Cruz and Hawley sought to use was the force of an
9. illegal unconstitutional act that was made in the context of threats to assassinate the VP to accomplish the overthrow. A reasonable juror could find that Cruz, Hawley and the five other @SenateGOP and all the @HouseGOP who voted to advance the overthrow after the
10. the attack. They should be investigated for violation of this statute. We have tools to defend our Constitution, but we must be willing to use them for these weapons against tyranny to be able to protect us. The first thing we must do is find the members who still advocate
11. overthrow even after the violent impact of the Trump call for overthrow has been witnessed in the Capitol. Those who do not condemn Trump's call to violence should be the focus of @FBIWFO investigation. They remain a clear and present danger to the Constitution, they are not
12. immune and have become willing members of an insurrection force. If it means charging seven @SenateGOP and over 100 @HouseGOP, so be it. @TheJusticeDept @GOPLeader @senatemajldr @GroverNorquist

1. A reminder: @POTUS Trump, @IvankaTrump @DonaldJTrumpJr @EricTrump @tedcruz @HawleyMO @replouiegohmert @RepMoBrooks @MarkMeadows @ScottforFlorida and the other #SeditiousSeven have not done full noisy withdrawals from the Trump crime family seditious conspiracy & insurrection.
2. Therefore, all the crimes that come from the Trump conspiracy remain chargable to these conspirators. They can and should be charged if any acts of violence occur in DC or at state capitols and the full extent of the punishments that attend these crimes should determine
3. whether they are afforded bail. And no lawful punishment should be off the table when they are charged. @SenHydeSmith @CynthiaMLummis @RogerMarshallMD @TTuberville @hogangidley45 @PressSec

1. IMO James Jeffrey is a dangerous Islamist and should be shunned and IMO can be charged, along with Trump and @mikepompeo, with Christian, Ezidi and Kurdish genocide.

2. Remember: Erdogan is ISIS. He armed them. Fed them. Gave them hospital care to return them to the battle & allowed them to run an Ezidi slave market in Gaziantep, Turkey. With top cover air support for the SDF we can expel Turkey's ISIS and Al-Qaeda force in 60 days.
3. DOJ should alos consider charging Erdogan for sanction violations.

Once all of Northern Syria from Derik to Afrin is free of Turkeys' ISIS/Al-Qaeda force, if they are willing, the SDF can assist in recruiting a Sunni force to liberate Idlib and end the Jihadist control of

1. There's a video of Pence chairing a meeting of security heads preparing for the inauguration. Chris Wray gave a calm, detailed description of the threat that he admits FBI is not clear whether all threats are actionable, but he seems to be well aware of the players.
2. This may be bumpy, but IMO it will identify a large percentage of the armed white-supremacist group members in the US and lawfully obtained electronic evidence that can support thousands of convictions. Wray's demeanor does not portray someone who is in over his head.
3. Trumps war on the FBI IMO will motivate the FBI to be professional and thorough and ensure that all members of Trump's Orc army live their remaining days in custody.
Because they are now moving into crimes like treason that carry death, and some have likely affiliated with a

1. This is a warning to the cable industry. Evidence of your industry practices shows you force your subscribers to subsidize a pro-domestic terrorist propaganda organ @FoxNews and its anti-American employees like @seanhannity @TuckerCarlson
2. @IngrahamAngle and @foxandfriends. You must terminate the illegal contracts with @rupertmurdoch and his anti-American Fox News, that unlawfully force customers to pay a subsidy to a pro-domestic terrorist organization media group. Failure to do it should result in lawsuits

It's a simple theory:

Most cable companies have market power. Because they all practice this violation of law the market power won't be an issue. But because they all practice

2. Trump's pardoning of monsters was not random. He is building an army of Orcs. Evil, willing to do his bidding. We must prepare to meet them and defend the Capitol. But be assured if you don't remove him, he'll burn DC. @DCPoliceDept @SpeakerPelosi @SenSchumer
3. You have no idea how outgunned the DC National Guard unit is in the face of Trump's Orc army. We need an airborne division. Nothing short. And that won't happen with Trump in power. Remove him or DC is already lost. @VP @senatemajldr

1. Reason @POTUS Donald Trump must be removed immediately is because he's coordinating another attack, this time with a fully armed force of murderous traitors. @SenateGOP @HouseGOP & seditionists like @laurenboebert @mtgreenee @RepGosar who won't remove him, give aid & comfort
2. to that force. That is a chargeable offense and may be charged if we don't interdict the attack by having @VP become our loyal commander in chief. A reasonable juror could find that the Trump supporters in Congress are acting to advance the success of the coming attack.
