1. A reminder: @POTUS Trump, @IvankaTrump @DonaldJTrumpJr @EricTrump @tedcruz @HawleyMO @replouiegohmert @RepMoBrooks @MarkMeadows @ScottforFlorida and the other #SeditiousSeven have not done full noisy withdrawals from the Trump crime family seditious conspiracy & insurrection.
2. Therefore, all the crimes that come from the Trump conspiracy remain chargable to these conspirators. They can and should be charged if any acts of violence occur in DC or at state capitols and the full extent of the punishments that attend these crimes should determine

1. There's a video of Pence chairing a meeting of security heads preparing for the inauguration. Chris Wray gave a calm, detailed description of the threat that he admits FBI is not clear whether all threats are actionable, but he seems to be well aware of the players.
