5) When Plaintiff WIlliam Clark objected to these lessons, he was given a failing grade and no alternative class to receive equal credit. To graduate he must subject himself to the same racially prejudiced teaching in the "Sociology of Change" workshop.
6) One "Sociology of Change" class "erupted into racially charged tumult" forcing the teacher to terminate discussion.
7) When Plaintiffs complained to the school Principal, they made it clear that the "Sociology of Change course is still a valuable learning experience for William (and his classmates) and will continue to be a required course for graduation."
8) Violating the Plaintiff's First Amendment rights, he now "requests injunctive relief ordering Defendants to expunge the grade they conferred upon him in retaliation... for resisting their coercive, invasive and discriminatory curricular assignments and classroom sessions."
9) "Plaintiff’s poor performance in the class was the result of the racial hostility and harassment baked into it, and this affected Plaintiff disparately on account of his generally perceived race and color."

Claims failing grade was an act of "retaliation" against Plaintiff.
10) Plaintiff is requesting his failing grade in the Sociology of Change class to be expunged, and for a temporary restraining order against Defendants.

12) AFFIDAVIT from a senior admin at the school reports witnessing "many potentially illegal, disingenuous, and harmful practices behind the scenes."

Believes that "intentional racial discrimination was a determinative factor in Defendants' disparate treatment" of the Plaintiff.
13) This person states that WIlliam Clark's mother's concern for his safety are "well founded."
14) They claim that the school's financial troubles led to a "hard restart" where "all classes and teaching loads were adjusted mid-year" and the "curriculum and coursework was suddenly and dramatically altered to meet financial needs."
15) The school fudged enrollment numbers, likely to secure more funding.

Whistleblower claims that the school's financial deficits "endanger student safety, and put students in unique situations like William [the Plaintiff] at greater risk."
16) Anti-police ideologies among those in leadership positions "jeopardized student safety" and "still do."

Police with guns and badges were required to be "contained at the front office room" and police cars were not allowed to park in front of the school.
17) Because of the "sensitive political and racial nature" of some of the staff's commitments, and their "idiosyncratic" and "retributive race ideology," many other staff, including the whistleblower "were hesitant to raise objections."
18) Despite the school running large financial deficits, some staff were investing in consultants who championed Critical Race Theory.

One such consultant was nevertheless rejected because their materials contained "too many white authors in its suggested reading."
19) Student activism surrounding their racial identities were encouraged, that is, unless the students were white.
20) Student grades are frequently altered when it suits the school. However, the whistleblower believes that it did not suit them to alter William Clark's grade, and that this is due to the Defendants' racial prejudice.
21) What follows is a series of slides selected from a PowerPoint presentation given at the school titled "Equity = Everything."

Goals are centered around "anti-racism" and "strategies to deconstruct and/or decenter white dominant culture at work."
22) Kids are taught to "honor multiple identities and intersectionality" but to "prioritize race."
23) Equity and white supremacist culture are a main focus.

This isn't unity. This is overt racism and sexism. And it doesn't get more mainstream than out of our soon-to-be President's mouth.
I don't think Biden is himself a racist and a sexist, but the policy articulated here absolutely is.
You don't use realities that occur at the population level to determine who gets what at the individual level. You simply look at need based on an individual's unique situation, and base aid on those factors.

The New York City Commission on Human Rights asserts that a person's sex is based on traits such as facial hair, vocal pitch, and breast development, and further claim that "gender identity is the primary determinant of a person’s sex."

This is 100% pseudoscience.

1) 🚨BREAKING: Parents file lawsuit against Villa Duchesne High School for "intentional racial discrimination" against white students, and using "coercion, intimidation, and threats" to indoctrinate students into Critical Race Theory.
2) Students were told that all white people are racist because they're white, and that black students should "be free from discipline regardless of their behavior."

Biden wants to repeal the HIV Discrimination Act that requires people who know they have HIV to disclose it to sexual partners.

Meanwhile, in NY, Dems are trying to pass a bill that will allow the gov't remove & detain people who may be "potentially dangerous" to public health.
It's amazing how different viruses are treated differently based on politics.
CORRECTION: There is no "HIV Discrimination Act." Biden wants to sign a "REPEAL HIV Discrimination Act" that will attempt to revamp state laws requiring disclosure of HIV to sexual partners & those they may share needles with.

1/ I am not an expert on viruses or vaccines, but many people seem confused about what's being said here.

There's a difference between being "infected" (i.e. testing positive for the coronavirus) and having symptoms.
2/ The vaccines appear to prevent you from getting COVID-19 (the disease caused by the virus), but we don't know whether they prevent you from being infected and/or transmitting it to others. You can be "infected" with a virus without showing symptoms.
3/ For instance, you could test positive for human papillomavirus (HPV)—the virus that causes genital warts—and not have warts. Likewise, you may still spread HPV even if you don't have physical warts. And a person you transmit HPV to could develop warts when you never did.
