(2) On 3/15/19 in Christchurch NZ 51 innocent members of the public were shot & killed by an Australian male whose behavior & beliefs are not that dissimilar to what we've seen by some who unlawfully entered the Capitol on 1/6/21.

(3) I am on the side of every person who was lawfully in the Capitol that day. Not just the politicians: the cops, the staff, and anyone else who wasn't there with the intent of threatening politicians to vote a certain way OR ELSE.

(5) Of course no one at the march, who stayed behind police lines, should be arrested on that basis alone. But even going to the march was taking a personal risk.

(6) Before 1/6 I couldn't see a beneficial purpose for the march, in terms of getting a 10 day election audit, presenting the evidence Trump said they would, enabling the process to slow down to look into the likely fraud, and start to rebuild confidence in the system.
(7) I assessed the potential risks and benefits of the march. The risks outweighed the benefits, by a lot.
