1. @FoxNews knowingly incited insurrection. I know of no 1stAm defense to the incitement statute. A jury can decide if they knew or were willfully blind to the fact that they were inciting based on objective lies. Can we charge @rupertmurdoch
2. and Fox News Corps investors who control the board and could remove the management but chose not to? Should a jury decide if they are co-conspirators? Are Fox News Corp.'s personal property assets used in the attack subject to seizure and forfeit? @blackrock @Vanguard_Group
3. @TRowePrice @MorganStanley @seanhannity @TuckerCarlson @IngrahamAngle @StateStreet

To @TheJusticeDept @Antitrust Division: Forcing cable customers in monopolistic markets to subsidize Fox News Corp. OAN and NewsMax when it's easy to unbundle is an unlawful Tying Agreement.
4. You could have it enjoined in less than 40 days. If you use Sherman Act criminal sanctions as a sweetener you might get them to act in a week. @FBIWFO

We won't get a second chance to stop this insurrection. If you leave its propaganda organs still intact, we may lose.
5. Roland A. Hernandesz is listed as Fox Corporation's Audit Committee co-chair. I can't find the others who I don't blame for hiding. IMO If they don't hire an outside prosecutor, to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, they're on the hook. Personally.
6. This isn't a Section 230 civil liability issue. If corporations are people who have political rights, they can commit treason and receive a fiscal death sentence. Shut down the subsidy to hate vendors IMO or the accruing liability has this company in a liquidating Chapter 11
7. in two years. Every state can commence their own Antitrust actions based on their own state statutes. This is not difficult. It's the low hanging fruit left exposed after the insurrection. @NewYorkStateAG @ManhattanDA

1. @TheJusticeDept must create a strike force to look at Kremlin influence in elections. Congress Members with unexplained Kremlin contacts should be among first @FBIWFO interviews. @LeaderMcConnell has Deripaska connection & @RandPaul's has reported frequent embassy visits.
2. Also the crew that went to the Kremlin on July 4. I'd interview @SteveDaines first. He was only one on trip not in in the 2016 cycle. I believe the Kremlin funded it. Make the connection to that as part of a larger conspiracy that led to the insurrection, and these folks
3. might be looking at the grand prize. Here is the 2016 cycle. Coats, Ayotte & @SenatorBurr have likely already cooperated. This can't wait. It may turn the Capitol attack into the Capital offense.

1. All @SenateGOP @HouseGOP who are still pushing deadly #Trump #insurrectionist #propaganda that Trump won Nov. 3rd, are giving aid & comfort to an #insurrection. @TheJusticeDept must punish all who physically attacked our Capitol, but must indict & hold all these dangerous
3. Then we can start the healing process. But no insurrectionist should ever serve in our Capitol and conviction for aid and comfort under 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection - mandates the 14th Amendment ban on holding public office.

1. When I started practicing Bankruptcy law 30 years ago, student debt was dischargeable under a higher standard than normal consumer debt. We allow federal taxes to be discharged under special rules. The Bankruptcy Courts are uniquely positioned to look at each case on its own
2. and make the decision. I expect that a clearly written modification of 11 USC 523 can give immediate relief. Modification of consumer credit reporting rules can help avoid issues related to renting and other areas that credit reports can impair a person's fresh start.
3. @JoeBiden knows Bankruptcy law and I hope he looks at this as an immediate means to address the most pressing needs of student loan borrowers. The administration of the guarantee payments to lenders can be done in a way to encourage workouts and debt reductions.

1. The three @SenateDems who are reported to be currently against ending filibuster are not in the 2022 cycle. @Sen_JoeManchin @SenatorTester @SenatorSinema. Why would they want to keep a Jim Crow relic that may result in the destruction of the US economy? ImageImageImage
2. @McConnellPress was happy to end filibuster to pack the court with extremists. Why aren't these @SenateDems willing to stand up to the bully? We won't get a second chance to save our economy from the coming crash. No state will be immune from the disaster the Senate can avoid.
3. Each of these members were in the 2018 cycle and won't be running again until 2024. If we don't act to fix the economy over Emperor Koch's objection carried by his stooge McConnell, we won't have a country. We need to do this now. End the filibuster and trust the majority.

1. The @FBIWFO @TheJusticeDept resources should be directed at the powerful people who conspired to incite the insurrection. Trump, Meadows, Charles Koch, @rupertmurdoch @SenateGOP @HouseGOP who conspired or gave aid and comfort. They all need to be charged with insurrection,
2. seditious conspiracy, advocating overthrow and obstructing Congress. I make the potential sentences at 70 years that should mean they can't make bail. Then push the trials under the speedy trial rule to be commenced in 70 days. Then start the end of their lives. @HawleyMO

1. Bar Exam Question:

The @SenateGOP @HouseGOP have said they are illegally carrying firearms in DC. Officer Olivia needs to question @laurenboebert regarding a report she is illegally carrying a firearm. Officer Olivia stops Boebert on the street and pats her down before
2. questioning her and discovers she is carrying an unpermitted loaded pistol. Boebert's attorney is seeking to exclude the evidence obtained during the search and subsequently found in her apartment and office after a warrant issued based on the seizure. What result and why?
3. Issue for me is whether the reports that they were armed can be used to create the "articulable suspicion" to authorize a "Terry Stop" pat-down. I don't know if the suspicion can be based on facts that are not plainly evident at the time of the stop. I'd have to research it.
