01.24.21 IDENTIFYING THE PARTS OF OUR PERSONALITY THAT KEEPS US FROM OUR BEST SERVICE TO OTHERS. Hi, friends. Today I want to go back to our discussion of two days ago, regarding the parts of our personality that keep us from our best Service to Others.

As I looked through the feed of your letting me know how you tested, I was surprised to find that I guessed right: Most of us are Introverts, not Extroverts. I guessed at that before I saw your results, based upon my many discussions with you over the past year.

Although I am not a psychologist, I observed that so many of us stood back and watched as children, trying to figure out why people act the way they do, and why kids are so mean to other kids. We were studying Humanity at a very young age, so we could serve here.

Some of us fit in more readily, and became very extroverted, very easy to adapt and shine in crowds. Extroverts are born leaders in the social sense. Introverts can also be exceptional leaders, as well. All of our different personalities have different strengths and weaknesses.

Probably before you even took the test and read about your personality type, you were able to articulate what about your personality made it difficult for you to engage with different people, and offer your services as a lightworker who is here to serve.

I was really shocked at how well the test summed me up, and how it identified how my personality changed in the 24 years I have been practicing law. Our lives change us. I went from a sensitive feeler, to an analytical thinker, in those years.

The reason I hoped you would take the test and consider your own personality is to help you identify, as I did, what parts of your personality may need some revision, in order to be at your best for service during this Ascension Transition period.

There is no shame in needing to change an aspect of our personality. Learning the skills of Higher Consciousness, and in our cases as lightworkers here on Third Density Earth, reclaiming our Higher Consciousness, requires analysis and change in how we react to situations.

When it comes to changing ourselves, "Direction is More Important than Speed." This means that if we can just focus on one small aspect of our behavior that needs changing, and practice it over a week, we move towards great change in small incremental moments.

So I hope you will join with me, and set a goal to make yourself a better lightworker, by considering what it is about your personality that could be improved. This week, I am going to be working on feeling more, and being less analytical. What will it be for you?

Never before have we had such a ready opportunity to be of service. Right now, just in the US, there are 400,000 families who have am empty seat at their tables from Covid 19 death--these are unexpected deaths, with families in great mourning.

Any death is painful for a family, but it is especially so when it was not foreseen an anticipated. We all have an opportunity, no matter where we are in the world, to extend our energetic support to the sick, the dying, and those who are bereaved.

Along that line, I want to use this opportunity to reach out to the mediums among us, especially those of us who are new to our community, and ask you to keep a lookout for the many earthbound souls who have died from Covid and other diseases, as well as other deaths.

I spoke a lot about this topic last year, but whenever a soul experiences an unforeseen death, they often fail to take the light portal bridge that opens after they leave their physical vessel. They are surprised, and don't know what is happening.

Although we moved billions of earthbound souls off the planet last year, I am seeing a lot go by me again, so your help is needed to help these souls who are caught between this part of their journey and the next. Here is a post with more info: loveandlightworks.com/f/earthbound-d…

Almost every lightworker has the ability to be a medium--it is simply a matter of creating a light bridge and convincing the earthbound soul to stand in it. Your Higher Self will do the rest of the work from the other side.
