With respect to PA election results, did you know that after the Act 77 and Act 12 were approved, the Secy of State made additional changes to voting law through “guidelines”? These guidelines were challenged by state republican

legislators and private citizens alike even before the election? The courts’ decisions in those challenges amounted the courts’ opining that the cases were not ripe as the harm had not yet been incurred. As envisioned by the plaintiffs in the pre-election cases, post election it

was evident that something was very wrong with the handling of and results of the PA election, so the state republicans and private citizens brought claims to the courts post election. Those cases were dismissed, prior to evidentiary hearing, citing latches. Citizens have

requested and demanded post election audit. Those requests have gone unanswered, and here we are. How claims of PA election irregularities and/or fraud sound to anyone outside of PA: PA Governor, Lt. Governor, Secy of State

and State AG announce “Pennsylvania had a free and fair election. The legislature has brought countless cases both before and after the election which were all thrown out because there is no evidence of election fraud. We need to move on. Republican senators are promoting

conspiracy theories. This is over and we must move on.” However, if you’re a Pennsylvanian who was opposed to mail voting, who was never given the opportunity to vote, in person, on a constitutional amendment as is called for in PA, who was appalled by the idea that the Secy

of State would unilaterally continue to change election law through a series of “guidelines” and when challenged had her guidelines upheld by the court where neither the Secy of State or Court are appointed by PA Constitution to amend the Constitution, who personally experienced

legitimate disenfranchisement and loss of vote, who followed court cases both pre and post election, who along with fellow citizens demanded but never got an audit, you are now left in the position of feeling unheard by your state government, state judicial system, and feel as

if the entire population outside of Pennsylvania cannot hear you. In the meantime, our state and federal government representatives, rather than making efforts investigate election results to ensure all Americans are confident in the fairness and safety of our voting system,

are busy having partisan temper tantrums and legislating grudges, wasting taxpayer time and money while the move to impeach a private citizen -which is not a thing. Private citizens are not subject to impeachment, Senators, Congressmen and Congresswomen and Governors are....

Tell me, if any one of us not employed by the political machine performed responsibilities doled to us by our employer so poorly and without regard to the good of our company, would we be employed for very long? Yet these old guard politicians are in their seats for 30-40 years?

Something is seriously wrong with all of this.
