The projects include #H2GEAR led by @GKNAero, which aims to develop a liquid hydrogen propulsion system for regional aircraft that could be scaled up to larger aircraft, and which could be in service as early as 2026 #ATIProgramme /4

And the #HyFlyerII project from @ZeroAvia - building on the HyFlyer project, also funded by the #ATIProgramme, this involves scaling up its zero-emissions engines for demonstration on a 19-seater aircraft, with plans for a 350 mile flight in early 2023 /5

And finally the #InCEPTion project from a consortium led by @wearebluebear - developing a zero-emissions fully-electrified propulsion system, which if scaled up, would be capable of powering a range of aircraft including unmanned drones and passenger aircraft #ATIProgramme /6
