On how people will be notified about the vaccine, Dix says a couple of weeks before the window for an age group opens phone lines will be open for booking, as well as a website. #bcpoli
Dix says in about a months time the province will reach out to those over the age of 80. That group expected to be vaccinated in late February. #bcpoli
On delaying the second dose, Dr. Henry says the Pfizer trials were based on the minimum gap between doses. Says based on data there was no different in effectiveness between 19 and 42 day gap. #bcpoli
On whether someone can travel after getting both shots right now, Dr. Henry says we aren’t there yet. “There are some months before we get there.” #bcpoli
Dix says there has been a substantial decrease in the number of care homes with outbreaks over the last two weeks. #bcpoli

On travel during March Break, Dr. Henry says no travel for March outside of the province, maybe limited travel in BC. Travel could be possible for non essential after June 30 out of province. #bcpoli
On shutting down parties for Super Bowl, Dr. Henry says it’s clear it is not a time to celebrate. This means more restrictions could be coming. #bcpoli
On summer weddings, Dr. Henry thinks small but we can get together similar to last summer. But no international visitors. #bcpoli
