On vaccine in LTC and assisted living, Dr. Henry says not everyone can receive the vaccine. And there are some who have not received in, but everyone has been offered. Dr. Henry indicates they need some more info. #bcpoli
On reaching everyone by the end of March., Dr. Henry says the goal is to still reach them all. #bcpoli
On trips to Arizona, California and Hawaii and why no ban, Dr. Henry alludes to the fact the United States will soon be announcing measures around travel into the country. #bcpoli
On vaccine priorities by age and not by different health conditions, Dr. Henry says many people with disabilities fit into categories that will be prioritized for health reasons. #bcpoli
Dr. Henry says not everyone can be first in line and it is being done by risk. "It comes down to saying do we bump someone who is 90 and living on their own behind someone in a group home with disability. This are terrible things to wrestle with." #bcpoli
On COVID Zero, Dr. Henry says it is not possible here. The risk remains highest with United States and there is essential movement needed across the border. #bcpoli
Where are cases happening, Dr. Henry says it is not that simple to show case this. About 30 to 40 per cent are related to workplaces. But it is not the public interface. #bcpoli
Dr. Henry says 1/3 of spread was at social events before they were banned. Says it has gone, but is still transmitting and then spilling over into care homes or workplaces. #bcpoli
Dr. Henry says right now the spread is also happening at small social gatherings and mentions Fernie, Whistler and Williams Lake. #bcpoli
On vaccine roll out on DTES, Dr. Henry says they are connected to recent cases linked to shelters. "This clinic is to try to address those at most risk." #bcpoli
