रामाच्या नावाने चंदा हाच भाजपाचा धंदा असून
राम मंदिरासाठी भाविकांनी दिलेला निधी भाजपा आरएसएसकडून लुबाडला जाऊ शकतो
राम मंदिर तिर्थक्षेत्र ट्रस्टलाच आपला निधी पोहचेल याची जनतेने काळजी घ्यावी

भाजपा व संघ परिवाराने राम मंदिराकरिता याअगोरदरही निधी गोळा केला होता. त्याचे अद्याप काय झाले याची माहिती दिलेली नाही.राम मंदिरासाठी गेली अनेक वर्षे लढणाऱ्या निर्मोही आखाड्याने विश्व हिंदू परिषदेवर अयोध्या मंदिराकरिता जमा केलेले ₹ १४०० कोटी रुपये लुबाडल्याचा आरोप केला होता.

अखिल भारतीय हिंदू महासभेने २०१५ साली विश्व हिंदू परिषदे तर्फे १४०० कोटी रुपये आणि अनेक क्विंटल सोने लुबाडले गेल्याचा आरोपही केला होता. यासंदर्भात अखिल भारतीय हिंदू महासभेने पंतप्रधान कार्यालयाला ४ ऑगस्ट २०१७ रोजी तक्रार केली होती.

४ जानेवारी २०२१ रोजी अखिल भारतीय हिंदू महासभेने भाजपातर्फे राम मंदिर निर्मितीकरता निधी गोळा करण्याच्या कार्यक्रमाचा विरोध केलेला आहे. त्यांच्या म्हणण्यानुसार भाजपाला अयोध्येत राम मंदिर कधीच नको होते आणि भाजपाकरिता हा केवळ राजकीय आणि पैसे कमावण्याचा कार्यक्रम आहे.

गेल्या तीन दशकामध्ये भाजपाने जमा केलेल्या पैशाचा अजूनही हिशोब दिलेला नाही, असे हिंदू महासभेचे प्रवक्ते प्रमोद पंडित जोशी यांनी सांगितले. राम मंदिरासाठी भाजपारुपी रावण पैसे गोळा करत आहे. जर हे निधी संकलन जनतेमध्ये जाहीर केले नाही तर कोर्टात जाऊ, असा इशारा दिला

१० सप्टेंबर २०२० रोजी राम जन्मभूमी तिर्थक्षेत्र ट्रस्टमधून ६ लाख रुपये क्लोन चेकच्या माध्यमातून काढले गेले होते

१२ एप्रिल २०२० रोजी दिल्लीच्या एका युवकावर अयोध्येतील राम मंदिर पोलिस स्टेशनमध्ये खोट्या ट्रस्टच्या नावाने खोटी वेबसाईट काढून पैसे लुबाडल्याची देखील तक्रार दाखल करण्यात आली आहे.

श्रीराम मंदिर निर्माण समर्पण निधी समितीचे मुरादाबाद येथील अध्यक्षांनी खोट्या पावत्या दाखवून राम मंदिराकरिता निधी गोळा करणाऱ्या ४ लोकांवर गुन्हा दाखल केलेला आहे.

पिलीभित येथे देखील ५ लोकांवर अशाच तऱ्हेने खोट्या संघटनेच्या माध्यमातून पैसे गोळा करण्याचा धंदा उघड झाला आहे. राम मंदिर ट्रस्टचे महासचिव चंपतराय यांनी देखील दिल्ली येथे राम मंदिर ट्रस्टच्या नावाने खोटे ट्विटर, वेबसाईट बनवल्याची तक्रार केली आहे.

आरएसएससंबंधीत ऑप-इंडिया या न्यूज पोर्टलने राम जन्मभूमी तिर्थक्षेत्रच्या नावाने घोटाळा केला जात असून अपहार करणाऱ्या १३ UPI ( United payment Interface) ची यादीच दिली असून त्यामाध्यमातून आपल्याशी गैरव्यवहार होऊ शकतो असा इशारा देऊन काळजी घेण्याचा सल्ला दिला आहे.

या पार्श्वभमीवर महाराष्ट्रात भाजपा आणि आरएसएस कडून मोठ्या प्रमाणात रोखीने पैसे गोळा केले जात आहे. भाविकांची लुट होण्याची मोठी शक्यता पाहता सदर पैसा राम मंदिराच्या निर्माण करताच निर्मीत झालेल्या ट्रस्टमध्ये जाईल याची जनतेने काळजी घ्यावी.

Was the Fadnavis Govt acting as the Agent of Builders in Kanjurmarg land for Metro carshed issue? The reason I I asked this ---
1. The Kanjurmarg land has been categorically declared owned by Maharashtra state by none other than @ChDadaPatil in 2018 when he was revenue minister

2. In 2015 Konkan Divisional commissioner also gave the same judgement.
3. On other hand Central Salt dept was licensing authority for salt production which claims ownership of the same land
4. In 1917 salt department gave Mr. Nanbhai Bhiwandiwala this land on lease for 99 yrs

5. The agreement was done in 1922. In 1986 Garodia took the rights. In 2004 Salt dept terminated lease on grounds of no production of salt for several years.
6. In 2005 Garodia challenged the termination of lease and got a stay order from court & the matter is pending in court

BJP had no sympathy for SSR but saw political opportunity to use his death for Bihar elections & now for new film city

Case of SSR death has now been cast aside. New narrative is abt some alleged Bollywood drug nexus. Drug nexus is the pretext but real reason is also to control & arm-twist the film industry. Narrative keeps vacillating from Nepotism, Murder, drug racket to bollywood drug nexus.

Let NCB headed by Modi Ji's blue eyed boy answer first
1. Although we hv no objection over NCB probing bollywood drug angle, NCB has office in Mumbai, why didn't they probe it earlier?
2. There’s has bn no arrest made by the NCB in FIR 15/2020 which is abt SSR death case.

#मराठाआरक्षण संदर्भात सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिलेला अंतरिम आदेश आश्चर्यकारक आहे.
कारण
१. ४ फेब्रुवारी व जुलै महिन्यात न्यायालयाने तोंडी आदेशाने अंतरिम आदेश देण्यास नकार दिला होता व अंतिम सुनावणी घेण्याचा दृष्टिकोन स्पष्ट केला होता.
२. २७ जुलै च्या आदेशात याचा स्पष्ट उल्लेख आहे.

संविधानीक पेच असल्याने अंतिम सुनावणी घेण्याची जबाबदारी घटनापीठाकडे राज्य सरकारच्या विनंतीने दिली पण अंतरिम आदेश देऊ नये याकरिता अगोदरचे सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचेच निर्णय राज्य सरकारने सादर केले ज्यामध्ये सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने अंतरिम आदेश देण्याची जबाबदारी ही मोठ्या बेंचवर सोपवली होती

असं असतानाही सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने अंतरिम आदेश का दिला हे अगम्य आहे. तसेच विरोधी याचिकाकर्त्यांची मागणी ही मराठा आरक्षण कायद्याला स्थगिती देण्याची असली तरी कायद्याला स्थगिती दिलेली नाही. २०-२१ च्या अॅडमिशन प्रक्रियेत हा कायदा अवलंबू नये असा आदेश आहे. पुढील वर्षांबाबत म्हटले नाही.
