Internet is full of hacks & methods to enhance "work productivity", this can become a case of reductive thinking.
Rarely, you can have so much work, in a team or individually, feel like being underwater; onky wise thing is do just work on anything regardless of priority!

Imagine you are middle of an ocean, no land in sight. The best strategy is not to "think & plan" which direction but to just swim & not drown.
Once you have covered a certain distance & have land in sight, then you can reorient yourself & chart a course to nearest shore.

TL;DR - Optimize for productivity when you are above water not below, because it doesn't work in my experience.
