The House Education Committee to consider @KellyMiles4Utah's bill to change the name of @DixieState.

There's 85 people signed up so far for the committee hearing (I don't know if they're all for this bill). The room is also full and there's extra security. @fox13 #utpol

How'd you like to go from SLC to Cedar City? Or Provo to Green River?

@SenatorLuz and @SHollinsD23 are pushing for Utah to get in on potentially BILLIONS in federal infrastructure spending to create a statewide commuter rail system: fox13now.com/news/local-new… @fox13 #utpol #utleg
The resolution by @SenatorLuz and @SHollinsD23 basically says "take that money, Utah!"

Statewide commuter rail is NOT bullet trains (that's too expensive). And @MRC_SLC points out that SLC to St. George is NOT happening right away because there's no rail line connecting into Washington Co.
