Do you know that BBC World Service has a special status? Unlike BBC for UK domestic audience, BBC World is not supervised by OFCOM, the UK communications regulator. A UK citizen can make a complaint to Ofcom if he/she finds a news report to be biased and inaccurate. 
2/All UK domestic news outlets must respond to OFCOM regarding a relevant complaint within a prescribed time except for BBC World. Therefore, BBC World has a carte blanche to lie as much as they want with thorough impunity. No citizen domestic or foreign can report on its lies.
3/ Its lies are not subject to any public scrutiny in anyway whatsoever. Its main budget comes from the UK government, so UK taxpayers fund BBC propaganda to the world in more than 40 languages, but don't have any say in its contents.
4/Further, all the candidates applying for a job with BBC World Service used to be subject to background check by... MI6.
