Hi @BorderSolution_ in relation to the following tweet from @Hedd_Wyn_John If you can demonstrate that the EU parliament is a legislature for Northern Ireland then the lack of NI voting rights is a breach of article 3 of protocol 1 of the European Convention of Human Rights.
What is now needed is for people on the Brexit and Unionist side to go to the ECHR and sue the EU.

I get the feeling that the EU have no idea what they signed up for and the costs of money as well as bickering with the UK and the Northern Irish people.
They listened to those clowns in Dublin who they will now ignore.

The poorer EU countries will suffer as NI is essentially getting border controls from the EU for free.
The legal action is the only way to sort this mess out.
I am not a lawyer but I can see a strong case been put forward for breaching ECHR law.
