We're assuming that IF they charge Khahn Phan, it'll be with assault in the second degree.
Also wondering why they served him with a search warrant when there's plenty of video of the incident online....

We love Black people more than we hate white supremacy.
When we started organizing under this name in 2015, it was because received death threats as individuals. Tacoma didn't have a big protest scene, and it was hella easy for people to make us targets. As Black women, we needed to protest ourselves.
