i see a lot of people on social media trying to teach others how to phahla.
I think it's a good thing. But dangerous to be selective about the info you give people. People take your half information & invite dark spirits into their lives.
The chosen are lucky because they have teachers. But I feel for the normal spiritual seeker, because let's be honest most of our parents don't even want to hear about Ancestors.
I'm sure there are many ways to phahla effectively, but I'd like to share here what worked for me
after months of trying, & getting no feedback .
ITEMS TO HELP YOU CONNECT
Mpepho
Incense sticks
Snuff
Water
Alcohol
Glass of water
Candles
If you are a chosen, you need to get your guides what they like ..... some Spirits do not use mpepho.
WHO TO CALL
This is a biggie, some of you will argue. That's okay. This is a suggestion.
Each & every person in the Spirit World has essentially FOUR clans that make decisions regarding what happens to them here on earth dimension. These are:
Maternal clan (ko malume)
Maternal Grandmother's Clan (La kuzalwa khona ukhulu)
Paternal Clan (ekhaya kini)
Paternal Grandmother's clan (la kuzalwa khona ugogo ozala ubaba)
These are the clans that are in your DNA & will always be, whether they abandoned you & your mother,
or someone ran away with the cows or whatever accusations you might have. Spiritually they have a say & can get to you to frustrate your life if not appeased. So you must call them ALL, in this order!!! If you'd like to see movement in your life.
If father & mother were married culturally, then you can start with the paternal side.
But here is what you must always say
1. Always call on those in these clans that bring light & good fortune to your life. The ones that wish you the best & those with the power to protect &
prosper you. You honestly don't want your grandmother/father who used to bewitch you to come running. Use your common sense.
2. Ask them to unite over you, in peace & good accord. To lead your life to the light TOGETHER. This is very important because families fight & forget
that essentially they should come together so you can have peace in your life
BEST TIMES TO PHAHLA
3am
Midnight
Or 3 hourly intervals (3am, 6am, 9am etc)
BEST PLACE TO PHAHLA
Choose a corner in your house with less foot traffic & noise.
Preferrably in a room you do not engage in sexual intercourse in. If possible it should be on the EAST side, furthest from the door.
Best to have a professional spiritualist/culturalist activate your msamo for you through the appropriate rituals.
This will make sure that all the key Spirits responsible for your life are there to hear your prayers.
Also this means any family ritual can be performed here.
If you have no sacred Ancestral space, you can take your phahla items to an open field, river bank, ocean bank.
HOW TO SET UP UMSAMO - SACRED ANCESTORAL SPACE🙏
These are just basic tips.
Place the phahla iterms that I mentioned above. But also add items that are personal to you that connect you with your Spirits or Spiritual side. It could be a bible. Or a picture of your grandparents.
Or sea shells, African artefacts or silver coins. But it is best to have items that represent the 4 elements
Water - sea shells, actual water, river stones, silver coins
Earth - crystals, stones, flowers
Fire - candles
Air - bell, whistle, feather
MORE TIPS...
This is what usually works for me.
PHAHLA FIRST, PRAY THEN MEDITATE,
Why?
- Phahla to call them & state your case
- Pray to help them elevate your requests to God Source
- Meditate to listen for answers
RULES FOR YOUR SACRED SPACE
1. You must not allow noise & debauchery in a room with your msamo.
2. Cleanse your msamo every week. Cleanse with a plant called isiqunga or at the very least sea salt water
3. Do not wear shoes in the room with your sacred space.
In China they believe that evil spirits attach themselves to shoes & can be carried to your secret place if shoes are worn
4. Always speak in low tones & with a modicum of respect. These are not your friends you are talking to. But essentially beings that can prosper you one day
5. Ladies, if you are having your days(menses), cleanse first & your space before you engage in a conversation with your guides. When you are shedding blood, your aura becomes darker, as if you are someone who's lost a baby. Must lighten your aura & the energies in the room.
This is not something I read on the internet..... this is based on my personal experience & years of spiritual coaching.
Please also share what works for you and let's all help each other succeed!!!

Most Healers start helping people way before they are even initiated or trained as Traditional healers. Some heal through advise, positive messages of reinforcement, motivation & encouragement, self -less acts of love & devotion & many other ways to help & grow others.🙏💖
Each practicing healer should have a signature treatment or imbiza / impande, I am not talking about herbal medicine lists from kwaGobela ....I am talking about herbal gifts from your Spiritual Guides giving you a list of imithi to use kwi-mbiza & iziwasho zakho.
There are many traditional healers with specialization & as you grow spiritually that is when you become a leader in what you do; this is no different from Western Doctors ✨As Healers we are always referring people to other healers who specialize in certain things like readings,
Your Spiritual Guides know & understand your personal circumstances, they know why you are living in a rented place & why you have moved around. We change our places of residence due to better career opportunities,
family committments or challenges, loss of assets & financial abundance amongst other things.
So what happens when you suddenly are not living at home, can you phahla? The answer is yes, you can create a prayer corner/altar/shrine & you send your location 📍 to them
by reporting that you have relocated due to certain circumstances or conditions.
You ask your Spiritual messengers for Protection, Guidance, love 💘 & Light over your life ✨
He was an African child
Rooted to Ancestors who dwelled in the wild!
He had a soul of IDLOZI thou his body represented humankind
But to him IDLOZI didn’t exist
He dreamt of it all but he continued to resist
Because Western education had corrupted his mind…
He got sick & only the Ancestors had the power to save his life
AMAKHOSI said ‘VUMA’ & we will also bless you with a wife,
He was skeptical about it but He wanted to live
After so many challenges He was desperate to achieve...
IDLOZI LATHI ‘this is what you must bring & give’
He had to climb mountains & hunt monsters that kill
He had to be naked,
And have his body covered with sand then initiate where the river is deep…
One night, He found snakes wrapped around him when He woke from his sleep…
I get into an argument
with a man, I slap him,
they tell me I have no
respect, no home
training. I should have
been quiet, I should have
been patient. I should
apologize to him.
Because I am a woman, I
don't have a right to be
angry. So, the degree of
my innocence is directly
proportional to the
degree of my silence in
the face of oppression
& brutality.....
Because I am a woman,
my husband cheats on
me, I am told to tolerate it
to save my marriage. The
barbaric & stupid
excuse is that ''it is in
their nature to cheat, I
should slim down,😲
