Some sort of aerial tramway. Possibly connected to the saw mill next to the station yard. Kilcoy QGR station building is obvious.
Australian Narrow Gauge Railway Museum Society (ANGRMS) operates a short section of 2' gauge tramway on the former branch at Woodford. Also an interesting collection of 2' gauge locos. angrms.org.au/about.html

On the 5 May 1947 a packed excursion train derailed at Camp Mountain. Queensland's worst rail disaster, 16 people died, including the driver and fireman, and 38 people were injured.

Timber was the mainstay on the line. WW2 Pacific War - Jungle Warfare training centre at Canungra est. 1942 > substantial rail traffic during the war.
