10 Lessons From Writing Daily Emails For 5 Straights Months

- Thread - Image
1. It is a myth that you need inspiration to write emails - you can just use stories.
2. The best-performing emails struck a chord in the reader's mind.

That stems from deep target-marketing understatement.
3. Your open rates won't lower just because you're sending a lot of emails.
4. You'll receive unsubscribers, but you should welcome them as they weren't your ideal reader anyways.
5. Editing your email after writing it makes a whole lot of difference.
6. You can absolutely sell in every email as long as it is relevant.
7. Not every email is going to be great, flawless, or profitable, and that's ok.
8. Getting complacent and not actively build the list is a great mistake.
9. Your subject line should be relevant to the content, but also written in a way that draws curiosity.
10. You'll get better as you go, so don't stop hitting the send button.

The Number One Reason Your Emails Aren't Selling

- Thread -
If you're tired of sending emails people open but don't buy...

If you're tired of investing hours UPON hours trying to figure out what's wrong...

I want you to consider this ONE thing: community
If you've read '1000 true fans' or already came across the term...

You know how important it is to have raving fans and a tight community.

That's where most people fail and that's why most people don't sell a lot

So here are 5 things you can do TODAY to change that...

Jeff Bezos steps down as Amazon CEO with 57 years

Here are 5 business lessons we can all learn from
1. Think long term

Amazon was founded in 1994 when the internet was barely a thing

But Bezos had a vision for the company...

When he was asked if he was aware of his revenue growth, he replied:

“I’m thinking a few years out. I’ve already forgotten those numbers.”
2. Focus on the customer

People want fast shipping, Bezos gave them same-day delivery

People were watching a lot of livestreams, Bezos bought Twitch

People wanted subscription-based streaming services, Bezos created Amazon Prime Video

4 Reasons Why You're Not Making Money With Email

/Thread/
1. You're not sending enough emails

More emails, more opens, more clicks.

It is as simple as that.

A lot of people send one email once in a while and expect to make sales with that.

100 clicks have way more chances of converting than 10 clicks.

Just send more emails
2. You're not selling enough

Complementing point 1...

Sales wise, it's pointless to send more emails if you're not selling in more emails

Make sure to have a call-to-action to your offers at least 80% of the time

How to start your online business in record time, without investing money

/THREAD/ 🧬
🔑 For clarity, I'm talking about a business around content creation + digital offers and services

Anyone can do this, even with no big social media following base (it helps)

I'm breaking it down in 7 simple steps
🚩Step 1. Choose a skill

Your skills can be monetized using:

1) Low-ticket info products
2) Coaching and consulting
3) High ticket done-for-you service

It's easier to go with in-demand skills, especially if they're skills one needs online

Most common misperceptions when it comes to email marketing 🤯

• I need a big list to make money
• It takes too much time to write an email
• I can't come up with content to write about

Expanding on them below 👇
🔑 1. All things being equal, a bigger list is obviously better than a small list

But a lot of people own big lists and make absolutely no use of them

An active small list > Inactive big list

500-1,000 subs are enough to make a good side income
🕒 2. There are dozens of way to come up with good emails ideas without wasting a lot of time

I often write my emails in 15-30minutes (sometimes less)

With practice and pre-defined ideas you can easily write one in 10minutes

How to make predictable income using email 🔑

While only working upfront (no maintenance)

And not spending a single dime

/*A THREAD*/
0. The blueprint

A bird's eye view of how we're going to make it work

1. Choose an email platform
2. Design a landing page
3. Upsell an offer on the thank-you page
4. Create a welcome sequence framed as an "email guide"
5. Deliver value on that guide
6. Upsell the same offer
1. Email platform

I would go with Mailerlite since you're allowed to create free automation, other good tool would be Aweber

(Tools as ConvertKit and getResponse don't have automation as a feature in their free plans)

Go around and learn the platform, shouldn't take too long
